"Flying is learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss."
~Douglas Adams It’s Day 11 of #inspiredyogis and this is one of my favorites, Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 or EPK2 👉Photo tip: When you have puffy clouds outside- shoot outside if possible. With Snapseed either Drama or HDR settings will blow up your sky adding some stunning contrast to your composition. 👉I know many of you are struggling with weather this time of year and this is the only time of year you want to be in Phoenix. When it’s 119 degrees in a few months you’ll be happy you’re not here. 😜 For now, when I see clouds outside I shoot outside just to get this effect. 🙏Just another example of the new awareness to my environment and the local mini-adventures that come from this igyoga journey. 🙏 🌀If you are new to EPK2- read up at yogajournal.com/poses/2479 👉Don’t write this pose off - read up and give it a try! You may just surprise yourself with a breakthrough!👊🌠🙏 🌠Watch @monkeymix next for Day 12! XO! #yogilovebombs @patbailey @monkeymix @gordonogden - @gordonogden- #webstagram
